How to delete your Lazizia account and your data.
We started Lazizia to earn the trust of families across Bengaluru and eventually all of India. Part of that trust means giving you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, we make the process simple and transparent.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — Through the App
- Open the Lazizia app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Option 2 — Via Email
Send an email to contact@lazizia.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. Include your registered phone number for verification.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account and profile will be permanently removed
- All personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- Order history may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and accounting purposes, after which it will be permanently purged
- Any unused wallet balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days
Important Note
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have any active or pending orders, please wait for them to be completed before submitting a deletion request.
