Refund & Cancellation Policy

We started Lazizia in Bengaluru with a commitment to quality and trust. If something goes wrong with your order, we take full responsibility. Here is everything you need to know about our refund and cancellation process.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, before it is accepted and preparation begins. Once preparation starts, cancellation is not possible as your products are freshly prepared specifically for your order.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Damaged or spoiled product upon delivery
  • Order not delivered within a reasonable time window
  • Duplicate payment charged

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via the app or at contact@lazizia.in. Please share your order ID and a brief description of the issue. Photos are always helpful.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued as wallet credits or bank transfer.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for orders cancelled after preparation has begun, or for personal taste preferences rather than genuine product quality issues.
